Göztepe Park Residence

Project Description

The residence complex was turned into a project by Tuncay Cavdar, one of the most prominent architects in Turkey. It is built on an area of 9000 m^² along Goztepe Cemil Topuzlu Avenue, which is located in one of the most valuable parts of Istanbul. The complex includes 52 super luxury flats, 2 open and 1 closed swimming pools, squash health club, fitness center, sauna, Turkish bath and social club. It is equipped with the most modern construction materials and building automation systems.
